4 months until clinicals & unsure what to do with newfound free time

As the title says, I have 4 months until clinicals but I'm not sure what to do with my newfound free time. 

School wise, I'm taking my last 3 GEs online asynchronous. Work wise, I'm currently working at a slow medical office 2 days out of the week & caregiving per diem (as many or little shifts per week). 

Long story short, I will be leaving my caregiving job so I will only be working at the office. I'm the type of person to be consistently doing something but stuck because I only have 4 months. I can't get a new job because that's too little of time and I'm planning to have no job or at least working it out with my boss during clinicals.

TDLR: I have 4 months until clinicals. Working at a slow medical office and taking classes online asynchronous, what should I do to fill my time?
