montefiore starting salary and more

Hello I'm a new grad interviewing with Montefiore, i was curious if anyone can share what their starting salary is right now, and also what the work environment is like there. My interview is on a Med Surg floor.

Someone in another thread posted $38.50/hour, but didn't state whether this was base or included night diff. I was trying to figure out the same question.

i work there, its about $72,000 for new grads... thats without bsn, or differentials.
