Montefiore does accept credits from other schools relative to their pre-requisites as long as you passed with a C.
You can pay tuition on a monthly basis (5 months per semester). They also have a loan program and the interest doesn't accrue until 6 months after graduation when the first payment is due.
Chemistry is not a part of the entrance exam. Just math, English, grammar and A&P.
Good luck!
Go on the website and see what the GPA cutoff is for Monte. They also have a GPA calculator. Remember, they just use the classes relative to their program so just enter your grades and see if you're eligible.
Don't know of any LPN programs, but as far as RN you can try:
Cochran School of Nursing
Pace
NYU
Phillips Beth Israel
LIU
Adelphi
Molloy

Hi, everyone I was attending BBC for RN back in 2012. This year I decided to go back to become an LPN instead well they told me I can no longer be eligible for any nursing program because in 2011 I got "WU" in English 10. which I thought was unfair because that wasn't a rule back then.
well after walking out of BCC disappointed I decided to look in to Montefiore nursing school. I know its a private school, does anyone know if I have to pay tuition while attending or if I start paying after I graduate? I'm also very concern about the entrance exam math, chemistry are my weak subjects, does anyone know how hard the test is?
do they accept transfer credits from BCC ?
last question, does anyone recommend another LPN Schools close to nyc?
Thank you
