Hey everybody,Just trying to see if anyone on here has applied to Molloy for the upcoming Fall semester. Has anybody heard when letters are going out? I think I have pretty decent grades but you never know.
I got my letter in January that I got accepted for the fall 2012 semester as a transfer student. I paid them the $200 admissions fee to secure my seat.

In September I applied for the Second Degree BSN program for Spring 2012 and was also deferred to Fall 2012. I received a letter of acceptance in early December. I did not attend any interview but also paid $200 to secure my place. I have not heard anything else yet.
@Mindylane- Online is says they are no longer accepting applications for nursing transfers so you'll probably have to wait at least a few months. @Lexx575- Did you apply for the regular Bachelor's degree program or dual degree? Wondering if only the dual degree students have heard on their acceptance so far since I'm waiting for the bachelor transfer program...Congrats btw!
Hey, I applied for the Dual Degree Program and have yet to hear ANYTHING! I contacted admissions in January and was told all my materials were in and that they would begin reviewing applications shortly. That was on January 25th. Does anyone know if they have reached capacity? I assume they would have told me if I was not going to be considered due to maximum enrollment when I contacted them.
Hey, just wanted to let you know I spoke to admissions yesterday and they said that acceptances are beginning to go out. If you applied BEFORE January, you were eligble for the Spring 2012 semester, which is why some people were "deferred" to the fall. If you applied after January 1st then you were in the Fall 2012 pool. The applications have been reviewed and decisions will be going out shortly. They send out the decisions for the regular students declaring majors as nursing first, then transfer students, then dual degree students. And the mention of maximum enrollment simply means that they are no longer taking applications.
Hope this info was helpful!
Thanks for all the info Dollface! It's good to know at least I will be considered I was a bit worried when I saw it said max occupancy was filled. I remember calling them back in Jan or Feb and the admissions office didn't really give a straight forward answer about that. At least we will all know within the next few weeks and we can get this anxiety off our minds.
