Mobile DOT Physicals?

I woke up with this idea in my head this morning. I live near an interstate and there are lots of truck stops up and down. In addition, I'm convenient to some bigger towns (Nashville, Lebanon, Murfreesboro). I am wondering if there would be a market for a traveling DOT physical care provider? I would have to obtain a travel trailer and park at each truck stop, say, one day a week, and just make weekly rounds. I would advertise cheap: $50, if you don't pass you don't pay.

I'm just wondering if this would be a viable business option? What would the drawbacks be?
