MMR and Varicella Vaccine

Hello everyone, I enrolled myself in Pre-req for ADN, the vaccination required me to have 2 MMR and 2 Varicella. When I migrated to the US, MMR was provided but only 1 shot, and Varicella was not provided as it was not aged eligible. Now I am diagnosed with RA and on Humira now which mean I cannot injected live vaccines, is there gonna be any problem with that? I mean I am okay doing titer but I am not sure if I have the immunity. I am so new to healthcare here, so I got panic and nervous.
