Hi guys, I'm doing this mindfulness technique where I try not to complain or doubt myself, for a month, but when I do, I switch my bracelet to the other hand and start again. The point is not to eliminate complaining because I am human.. but it's to be mindful of my thoughts and try to stop being so hard on myself and to be more positive.

I applaud your foray into this fascinating discipline of self-care. I am curious how you happened to learn of it and what is your motivation or inspiration.
My friend is a social worker and has a bunch of people doing this for her case study. So far I have changed the bracelet quite a few times and it's all when doubting myself! I'm realizing I need to really take a step back and realize how good of a nurse I am !
