Has anyone here gone through or had experience with the Baptist Scholars Program with Baptist Health South Florida? I am an aspiring nursing student with hopes to participate in this program when my time comes (about two years). What are your experiences with this program and organization? I am interested for a few reasons. One, Baptist Health is reportedly the best organization to work with in South Florida. Two, of course, the scholarship opportunity. Finally, aside from the scholarship, the opportunity to have your foot in the door of a major hospital chain upon graduation is priceless. Do you think that graduates of the program are given overnight shifts or do they have the opportunity to work days? I would think that since you are "indebted" to them, you would get whatever the give you? Any comments or concerns regarding this program are greatly appreciated!
