Is it true that the only requirement for keeping a Michigan RN license active while not actively working is by just maintaining the 25 CEU (w/pain and Human Trafficking) and renewing every 2 yrs? I’ve been a nurse for 16 yrs and never thought of taking a break from actively practicing but I have reached a bad period of burnout and realize it’s time to step away for a couple of years

I do believe that is correct. I have a license in Vermont, as well. I need to keep my CEU's up to date and pay my licensing fee. I wish you all the best. Cheers to you!
