One more question, for now, I do not see any new grad positions open for DH besides one in Colorado. Is there a specific month when the application will be available?

The cohort starting in April closed in January. I'm not sure when the next cohort is.

Was the meet and greet special invitation only ? Applying for September 2024

I received an invitation to the meet and greet, has anyone gone through one of these? Is it an interview of sorts? Any advice, thank you

It's an opportunity to meet with managers but treat it as an interview. Come prepared (know the unit, resumes, etc), give them your best elevator pitch, and dress professional.
