Mental Health rotation SMART Learning Goals HELP!

I am in my 3rd year of the BsCN program in Canada at york University, and have just started my clinical rotation on a mental health unit. We have to develop 5 learning goals, each one must match up to a different CNO competency. SO 1 goal for each of the 5 competencies. I'm having a hard time coming up with goals, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here are the two I have so far:

  1. Successfully conduct a mini-mental state exam. (MMSE)

  1. Demonstrate how to effectively administer psychotropic medications
