Medical/Surgical Patient Worksheets

Does anyone have a patient worksheet for 4-6 patients? I am a new nurse on the medical/surgical floor, and trying to find ways to get organized and better manage my time. I am still on orientation, but will be on my own soon! Any tips?

I use vertical columns, 4 to a page, double-sided so 8 total. The vertical makes sense to me... I have
