I failed my medical school's 3rd semester and now I have one F that's really hurting my GPA. After med school I did my master cybersecurity with finished with 4.0 but decided to come to medicine. Got RN with 4.0 also. What are my chances to get into CRNA programs? That one F is bringing down my GPA. Thanks!

Hey there — first, major kudos to you for the comeback after that F!
One F doesn't define your whole story. Be ready to address that F honestly in your application/essay (and possibly in an interview), but don't let it hold you back from applying.
If the rest of your package is strong (ICU experience, GRE if needed, CCRN, solid LORs), you could have a solid chance.
Focus on schools that consider the last 60 credits; I'd encourage you to attend open houses and meet with faculty for advice and insights too.
You've got this 💪
