Anyone got any good notes or important things to remember about this stuff?
Any acronyms or something?

That's a lot to comment on!! :)
My advise is to use an NCLEX prep book to help you study. If you use the cd that usually comes with those books, select one of the systems that you will be tested on. For example, GI. Then start practicing the NCLEX-style questions for GI...after a while, you will start to notice patterns in what types of questions they ask about. For example...it's good to know what a normal stoma looks like! The content that is covered more frequently in NCLEX prep is also the content that is most likely to be covered on class exams.
