Hello. I am trying to understand the CMS 672. Does anyone know where the information comes from for F112 and F113? I believe I know that the F112 comes from behaviors coded in the recent MDS assessment but definitely unsure about where the info for F113 comes from?? Please help! I am wracking my brain to figure this one out!
