Mds nurses have to do clinical assessment

Location -  Massachusetts: SNF changed ownership, new owners want MDS nurses, not charge nurses to fill out respiratory assessment in order to claim SOB. Thoughts about this practice?

Hi, from Ohio. We have standing orders for charge nurse to document daily.  But I also do respiratory interview as part of my admission process.
