Hey Guys and Gals!

I was wondering if any of you have been through the Residency program at MD Anderson. I have many questions so feel free to tell me any information you feel comfortable sharing with us. How did you like it there? Did you find it difficult to transition from student nurse to registered nurse? What floor(s) were you on? What were you offered salary-wise? How do they treat baby nurses? The list of questions can go on foreverrrrr. I am so curious to know about MD.

Just tell me EVERYTHING! :D
