Matrix Electronic Health Record in Skilled Nursing

I'm using Matrix EHR and in the EMAR section there are a number of ways to isolate patients in my view screen. I'm trying to figure out of there's a way to allow the system to isolate out flowsheets by category in the EMAR screen. Flowsheets and their categories do appear on the left side but cannot be clicked in my facility. Is there a way for an administrator to allow sorting this way, and if so what credentials and what area is this changed in?
