Master J's THE HUB (Pls. Answer my questions)

Hi. Good day to all of the users. I am J from Laguna. I passed the June 2006 NLE and I am planning to work abroad. My target countries are Canada, Saudi Arabia, US, and New Zealand but I haven't decided yet where to go because I do not know what are the requirements needed for me to work in these countries. I might pick the one with least demanding requirements so I want to seek help from you. So here's my initial questions.

1. Which test should I take first? Is it IELTS or TOEFL or CGFNS or NCLEX?

2. What are the requirements needed for IELTS/TOEFL, CGFNS/NCLEX?

3. How much are the fees for these tests?

4. My mother's currently working in HK. She wanted me to take NCLEX there after completing my NCLEX requirements (which I currently do not know. I'm such an NCLEX dummy. Hehe). Should I follow my mother's advice?

5. What are the requirements if I want to work as a nurse in Saudi? (Heard there's a lot of freebies given to the Filipino nurses there like board and lodging, food, etc.)
