I have been accepted into a Postmaster PNP program at Maryville. I have applied and waiting to hear if I got into the PNP program at UAB. Maryville Starts on May 6. I may not know about UAB until after my May 6 start date.
I hear that Maryville can be a lot more teaching yourself, I can learn independently, but I want a decent education.
UAB will put me about a year behind of Maryville due to a fall start date and it is a full program instead of a post-masters.
UAB will cost a little more overall plus required travel, but I hear that the program is really good and you get more support. I will have to travel several times to campus so that will be an added expense.
Does it matter what school I go to? Is Maryville that bad? I have always done very well in school.
Help should I go to Maryville or hope that I get accepted into UAB and pay more, take extra time and take on the added travel expense?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Interested to see if you did the Maryville program. I am in the same boat--considering Maryville post-Master PNP program, and want to hear some Maryville experiences.
