Maricopa Community College advance placement LPN to RN

I just had a couple questions about the advanced placement program at Maricopa community college.

 

1.  How far out is placement currently?

2.  How do they pick placement? Point system? Time stamp of application?

3.  If it is a points system, what is that system based off of?

3.  Is Gateway the only one who offers it?
