I took the NCLEX-RN exam two day ago and was I am devastated to get my negative result. I' sees read some article online that if you fail thrice, the Florida Board of Registered Nursing, will require you to take to shorts course, or something to that effect, before they could let you take the exam again.
Though I failed 3x's, my question is, I get another 3 chances there? IS THERE TO FINAL NUMBER or how many Times you can sit in FL? Even with taking the remediation class? Or can you keep going?
I am helpless and confused. Is there anyone out there willing to help me look for options, please? Thank you I am very much in advance! God bless.

I took this off the Florida Board of Nursing website.
Q: Is there a limit on how many times I can take the NCLEX?
A: Yes. After three failures of the same level of examination (RN, LPN), regardless of jurisdiction, the applicant must successfully complete a Florida Board of Nursing approved remedial training program. The program must include classroom and clinical components and proof of completion must be submitted at the time of application for the fourth attempt. NOTE: Contact the Board office for further information and clarification.
Q: What should I do if I fail the exam?
A: You will have to reapply by submitting a new completed application, with a retake fee of $105.00. You will also have to reapply for the NCLEX examination to Pearson and pay a non-refundable fee of $200.
Q: If I fail the exam, how long do I have to wait to retake it?
A: You must wait a minimum of 45 days between each examination.
Q: Do I have to do more than one money order?
A: No, you may send in one money order or check for the entire fee. Remember the NCLEX fee is separate and must be mailed to Pearson.
