Hi everyone! I am a second-semester nursing student, and as much as I love this journey, I know firsthand how stressful it can be. Between studying, clinicals, and trying to have some kind of work-life balance, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. I have been trying to find ways to manage stress, like going for walks, spending time with friends, and taking breaks when I can. But I know stress will only increase once I start working as a nurse. For those already in the field—or fellow students—what has helped you stay physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy in such a demanding profession? I would love to hear your go-to stress management tips!
