Major for nursing?

Hi everyone! I am a second-year college student and I am interested in going to nursing school in the future. I am going to be transferring to another college soon, and I've been deciding whats the best major to take to improve my chances into nursing. I was supposed to begin a CNA class earlier this month, but corona kinda put a halt to that at the moment.. I'm currently taking a bunch of science classes to met the requirements of my school of interest, but I was wondering would applying as undeclared affect my chances?

Any advice would help!! Kinda lost at the moment LOL!
