Does anyone here work at one of the so-called
30 some "magnet" hospitals in the country with their "best practices". Are they really better than the rest. If so please share.
And how can we all aspire to work in one of these facilities with the same limited staffing resources.

PeggyOhio-
I'm currently working at a hospital that is going for "Magnet" status and is putting "Best Practices" into practice. As far as I know the hospital hasn't reached it's goal, but were definately working on it! Stacy

Stacey,
Can you fill us in on what sort of things are "best practices". And what are you doing different now that you weren't doing before?
