Is there any CNA's that r having as much trouble finding a job as I am? I dont wanna do a stinking 12 hour shift at a hopital and I WILL NOT work at an LTC,SNF. I had a taste of that when I lived in Florida and i'm having someone make do a 12-16 hour shift and make it into a 6 hour shift and not tyo have contact with the residents . We are practically the only family they have when their families do not come by as often as they should. We need to in relationship contact with them ansd become tyhe family they need. We are CNA'S NOT BEDPAN ROBOTS. WE HAVE HEARTS TOO.
