Is anyone going to this tomorrow and saturday?

I am trying to get my stuff together and I am having a hard time figuring out which pages we are supposed to print from the study guide. The email says we need :

3 copes of a blank pcs form- i think i found that one on page 428

3 copies of an evaluation form- I cant figure out which page this is

The care plan form - i think this is pages 423-426

Also it says we need all pages required for each lab station-

She says that they should all be in the appendix on pages 421-433.

Can anyone help? I am not even sure if I am printing out the right stuff.

hey robin! i will be seeing you there tomorrow! kind of nervous about it. did you do the careplan she sent yet? i did it, but not really sure.

i believe that the ncp, evaluation, student pcs recording form are all found in appendix h starting on page 421.

i'm not sure which forms on the lab, so im going to take all that pertain to it to be safe. starting on page 414 it has the lab station check off forms. and in section j of unit iv, there are the recording forms for the lab stations.

not sure if im right or not..... but im going to take all this and shouldn't miss anything.
