LVN to RN

I graduated LVN 2017 and now ready to go back to school for RN. I am a mother of 2 (soon to be 3) and a head of household, It seems like all RN programs are fulltime and they advise students not to work for more than 10 hours/week. I've been looking for hybrid program that will fit my schedule, does anyone know any hybrid classes in SoCal (LA area) were I will be able to work at least 20 hours/week? I feel like I'm about to give up on my dreams to become an RN. ?
