LVN-RN Program at Long Beach City College CA

Has anyone done the ladder program?? or is intending to apply for the 2021 Spring or near future? it's application week and I am already a nervous wreck as to filling it out..... I don't want any mistakes... ;'(. I really want to go to LBCC.

I applied to the bridge program! I’m a nervous reck waiting! I hope I attached all the correct documents. What all did you attach to the application?

I attached everything to back up what I put on there ? my degrees, the met proficiency for reading, transcript. I wish they would let us know asap

Good morning, guys?
I'm in the same boat.
When I turned in the application form, it says 'Selections will be made within 6 to 8 weeks. You will be notified by email.'
However, LVN to RN program will be started as of 8/31, so I think LBCC let us know before starting the Fall semester, maybe.
Fingers crossed for all of us!

Yes! Unless they’re starting later..... ? good luck to us all. I heard not many applied because they didn’t know applications were online so they were submitting them through their mailbox ?

You’re absolutely right. Classes do start 08/31. That’s right around the corner! The website was confusing because it said to turn in applications in person. I only knew it was online after emailing the director and they sent me a link for the application.

Did any of you apply to the generic program as well?

I got an email today saying they r telling us on Monday if your accepted.
