Hello. I was just seeing who is working with Covid going on. Are they even hiring Lpns? There seems to be a demand but the positions never stay filled because it is hard and because recruiting is so time consuming and costly. I guess this is for newer Lpns/Lvns on the East Coast? (Is where I am looking for work)... Did you find it took a while to get a new job? What are you doing during the "search and wait," to be more attractive as a candidate? How many job interviews did you go on before beginning a new position during Covid? Were they just random recruiter calls from private numbers or were they quality inquiries? Any stories or one words answers appreciated. Thanks...
