Has anyone ever had a DUI/General Impairment...Qualified for the ARD program with successful completion? What happened with your LPN License?

Has anyone ever had a DUI/General Impairment...Qualified for the ARD program with successful completion? What happened with your LPN License?

One of the people I graduated with had two prior to even entering nursing school, and she has to go through outpatient rehab and drug/alcohol counseling and jump through a bunch of hoops before she can even be licensed. Since it sounds like yours happened after you had your license, you might be referred to drug/alcohol counseling, but I know there are nurses out there who've gotten DUIs and din't lose their license or anything.
