LPN Visits AZ?

Hi every one.

I have been in nursing a long time.

I work for a hospice company in az.

I have been wondering in AZ when a RN/LPN work as a team with caseload of 22-24,how many visits are expected for a LPN to complete in a 8 hours?the hospice company uses RN's for admissions the RN admit nurse is required to complete the initial assess and comprehensive assess, care plans medications and ect ,with all the foot and paperwork is done by the RN admit nurse, when is the rn case manager required to make the 1st visit in az?it seems the company I work for the rn case manager does not make contact until the 15th day and sends the lpn until he/she has to go ion

what is az law with medicare, hmo"s ect requirement for a hospice rn case manager?

in addition I am the person the as needed visit is delegated to by phone all the time and the rn case manger only completes 2-3 face to face visits a day with pts?

I am just looking for quidance as no one in the company has the lpn's back and there is no policies as to requirement ect for wound care measurements?it seems I am the only person that measures wounds, ect.I feel like I am always taking advantage of.as the rn case managers are good with delegating and I do all the foot work.

also how do I approach it with the rn case managers in the best way?
