Lpn trying to make sense of refesher courses in Maryland

Hello,

I am an LPN in central Maryland. I'm looking for recommendations on Refresher course in central Maryland close to the Washington D.C. line. Has anyone had any experience taking those in Maryland. Are they 100% online or is there a must take, onsite clinical requirement. Do they have an exam, that you have to pass, or they will not let you renew. I am hoping to reactivate my license. Thanks!
