LPN

I'm looking into a RN programs and was wondering about indiana state university LPN to BSN. Can anyone that has been through this program tell me a little bit about it I have a few questions. Does it take the full three years like it says? Are you able to sit for your boards and get your RN before the program ends and work as an RN while your finishing the BSN portion. Thank you.
