Lpn

Ive been out of school for like 10 years no. I took some courses in physical therapy however wasnt able to finish the whole course.

Now im planning to enroll to nuraing program lpn. I heard there is a placemwnt test im kind of anxious that i might fail since ive been out of school for more than 10yrs now. Can anyone give me.idea about the english and math placement test? Can anyone lend me a reviewer? Pls help thanks.
