LPN Scope of Practice in New Jersey

Please help!  My hospital is currently onboarding LPNs.  I need to rewrite policies to delineate the responsibilities of RNs & LPNs. The NJ Nurse Practice Act is vague.  Where can I find information on what LPNs can and can't do?  What is the responsibility of the RN?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
