LPN scope of practice in Minnesota Hospital

Hi, I am on a committee to help redefine and clarify the scope of practice on LPN's at the hospital I work at in the state of Minnesota. Tell me what are you doing? What are your roles? Are you taking patient assignments? How does that work? Are you doing head to toe examinations? and a specific question I am asking is.... are LPN's doing pediatric GU tube insertion? Please let me know. All comments and feedback and wanted and needed.
