LPN School or MLT school?

Hi, all. I recently got accepted into my local CC Medical Lab Technology Program. I also got accepted into a local LPN program. I'm at a crossroads. I don't which one to go with. I've compiled some Pros and cons of both to help me decide, but me being the indecisive person I am, I need some advice from others.

LPN Pros:

- 12 month program

- Wider range of jobs

- $17 starting pay in my state

- No chemistry in the coursework

- Direct patient care

- Can bridge into an RN program

- Clinicals are close by

LPN Cons:

- Requires dedication (and lots of it!)

- Hard to get a job in a hospital

- Catheters...

MLT Pros:

- Work in a hospital

- $16-$19 Starting pay in my state

- Not a whole lot of room for advancement

MLT Cons:

- 2 year program

- Chemistry

- Clinicals will be over two hours away on some days
