I'm an LPN student in the Dayton, OH area.. I graduate in June & im hoping to jump right into an RN program! Anyone know of any LPN-RN programs with very little to no wait list? Pricing is an issue, as well as the wait & requirements.. I'm open to any & all info! Thanks!!

Hi there! I am an LPN and I am currently in school for my ADN (RN) at FORTIS in centerville. It has a pretty bad reputation out there but you really need to ignore those who function off of gossip and rumor. I got my LPN there and am still attending for RN and have little complaints. They may be unorganized at times but what school isn't? It takes a little over a year to finish the bridge program, no wait list. It is however a little pricey but financial aid can help you with grants, loans, etc. I wish you the best of luck on your journey to RN!

I just graduated my RN from Hondros College. I did my LPN in Dayton, but did my RN in West Chester, Ohio (middle of Dayton and Cincy). I didn't care to much for Dayton...that's been awhile though, but I LOVED West Chester. There is no wait...normally. A little pricey, but a very personal experience.
I know the staff at both locations very well. Let me know if you have any questions. It's an 18 month program from LPN to RN. I highly recommend it. The reason I did not stay at Dayton is because the Dayton campus did not have the RN program with I completed my LPN.
Good Luck....keep me updated on what you decide.
