Anyone know of any colleges (no online or community) that offer a good four year LPN to RN-BSN track? I can only find online schools (most which I do not meet the age requirement, you have to be at least 21 for most) and community colleges that just allow you to get the associates then transfer. Why do four year schools not offer a nursing program for LPNs? Just regular freshmen who have no nursing back round or RNs trying to get there Bachelors. Any suggestions? I live in NJ but could travel to Penn, or NY. Just trying to get ideas and cannot find any online!

Sorry, I only know of Indiana State University & it is distance learning. It is LPN-BSN.
I am pretty sure I am going to use it myself, just because I plan on getting a BSN in the long run, and I just have to get to work ASAP after LPN graduation.
If you find out any other schools, let me know too.
Good Luck.
