LPN-RN1

Hi All, I have a bachelor of arts degree and have been accepted into an LPN program which is great because I have decided I want to be a nurse. The only thing is that, going through the LPN program first and later through LPN-RN program seems like it would take forever. Athabasca seems to be the only LPN-RN program that actually seems flexible enough as far as requirements is concerned (although they ask for an Alberta LPN license and Practicals there as well). The other ones pretty much ask for a LPN license from their province and so many hours worked in the same province once you have your LPNs. I have looked at some of the after-degree programs n Canada and have applied to get into a couple but apparently my GPA doesn't meet their requirement (at least those 2 that I applied). I guess my question is, is there an after-degree/fast-track nursing program in Canada that is easy to get into or require a lower GPA and be finished within 2 years or an LPN-RN program that allows you to join the program right after your LPNs without all the practical experience most of these schools are asking for. Kindly advise
Oh and If anyone has applied to the Athabasca LPN-BSN program with a university degree and a LPN diploma, how may credits other than the 30 credits from LPNs transferred over? I have a few of the typical nursing pre-requisite courses from my undergrad because I was enrolled in the public health program in my second year.
