LPN from NJ to NC

Hello! So I'm currently completing an LPN program in NJ and was wondering how the process is transferring from one state to another. Does anyone currently work as an LPN in NC? I've skimmed the scope of practice for each state and they seem similar. My partner and I are just brainstorming our options at this point and there's a good chance we may land in NC in the next few years.
