LPN, KSA HELP!!!!

Hello All! I am stuck and in need of help. I am a newly lpn grad, and recently got a tentative offer from the VA which I am excited about. However, I am not too familiar with the process. I was told by a friend that the process is long and redundant. Anyway, today I was emailed from their HR dept about completing a KSA. CAN SOMEONE HELP, PLEASE!!! I welcome all suggestions. What is the best way to answer KSA questions? Are their online resources that are geared towards lpn ksa's. If so, please share.

I’m still having problems trying to find some examples of the KSAs for the VA. Can someone help?
