I've been an Lpn for exactly 20yrs . My first job In 2004 20/hr. However, as I'm applying for jobs in Augusta ga area and the pay is 15-23/hr. There has to be a change in this pay rate or more of us would rather work in retail for the same pay. Pay rate being offered to me is obviously disrespectful!
