Hi! I just have a question.I wanted to apply for the NCLEX RN in CA, but with the concurrency issue, I decided not to. I applied for LPN in Hawaii and thought of endorsing it to CA while I work on becoming eligible to take the RN. Now I passed the LPN exam, but I decided to endorse it to NV instead, and eventually apply for RN in NV. Now my question is, do I have to take the English Proficiency to be able to endorse my LPN license to NV? Would I have the same problem with the concurrency as with the people applying for RN, since Im a foreign graduate, although I have the LPN license?Coz in their Instructions for Endorsement (Nevada), it doesn't really specify which is which
