LPN Changing jobs

HELP. I am an LPN/LVN. I have worked in LTC in NYS for my entire Nsg. career. Worked in the same place for the last 12 yrs.Worked the entire facility, from Alzheimer's,rehab,skilled,hospice,young adult to Charge LPN in assisted living. I have relocated to Austin, TX and although I loved my job I am ready for a change.

I am having difficulty translating my skills and experience so that I might be hired in an office or clinic setting. Most want past triage or office experience. A whole lot of them want bi-lingual which makes the search even harder.(I know that you can't help there!)

Is there a site or any help out the for resume and or cover letters???? For relocation and redirection....

Do a Google search with the inquiry as "sample nurse resumes"I did that when I needed a guide to create my own and was able to find some good samples. You have to create one using different examples to fine tune it to your own experience. That is about all I can think of..unless you go ahead and pay a service which could create a customized one. I hope this helps a little....perhaps some more experienced nurses have better suggestions. Good luck
