LPN to BSN Track

Nursing Students LPN-RN

Published

Any LPN to BSN graduates out there from Alderson-Broaddus college. I have applied and was needing some input

Specializes in RIPPED OFF BY NURSING SCHOOL.

Save your money and do not go into DEBT!

There are NO jobs for new nurses - it is being reported and discussed on this website AND ON THE INTERNET AND IN BUSINESS MAGAZINES ...NYC area, Florida Texas... spreading fast!

Don't think your years of cna experience will be respected and count either - it won't

:heartbeat Sorry to be negative, but my family sacrificed and went into DEBT for nothing -

they have a JOB SHORTAGE now!

No jobs - JUST LOAN PAYMENTS:mad:

as for the BSN - MANY HOSPITALS WILL NOT HIRE YOU WITH ONLY AN ADN --- 2 YEAR NURSING SCHOOLS ARE ANOTHER SCAM. EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALL THEORY AND MANAGMENT GARBAGE THAT FILLS OUT THE BSN 4 YEAR PROGRAM ----

GOOD LUCK

Maybe the person who replyed above didn't see that the program you applied for is a BSN... I don't have any experience with it personally, but I looked the Website and it looks good and doable, especially if you already have an LPN Job.

I am starting a similar program in Jan. here in Rochester at Nazareth College. SInce I have a previous non-nurse degree, they have accepted a lot of my previous credits including my LPN A&P which many colleges won't. And I hope to complete in 2 years.

I know the job market isn't as rosy as many think, but up here--there do seem to be RN jobs and having a BS helps a lot--you just might not be able to work in your preferred setting--but you can get a job

SweenyG - Can you give me a review of your experience with the LPN to BS program at Nazareth? Did you like it? Can it be done part-time? How long did it take you to finish? I would love to hear from someone who has gone through it. Thank you.
