LPN bridge to RN at FSCJ

Nursing Students LPN-RN

Hi- i am applying for the lpn bridge to rn program at FSCJ for the spring semester. I am curious to know if anyone knows if I can use my TEAS scores instead of taking the HESI. They told me I need to take the HESI in order to apply, but I recently took the TEAS at SJRCC and did really well on it. It would be great if I could just use those scores. I have called FSCJ multiple times and always get sent to a voicemail and leave messages and no one returns my call. Also, does anyone know if SJRCC is going to offer the LPN bridge to RN again? I called to ask them but they said they were not sure. I am dying to bridge to RN asap but it seems so difficult!!! HELP!!!!

If I am not mistaking, FSCJ only uses the NAT, not the TEAS or HESI, not sure if you can use those scores.

I have tried the same things you have... vm's and no call backs. Apparently I finally ****** off the director enough that she shot be back a nasty email, with still, little information. I have not been able to find one person that has been through the program but I am still looking. I am currently taking classes at SJRCC, and as of last week they have NO desire to return the bridge program. Excuse I got was, not enough applicants, and no one wants to teach it. What a shame. If I knew it was going to be this hard to bridge I would have done the RN off the bat.

Did any of you have luck with the LPN to RN program? I'm thinking of moving to Jacksonville and have recently finished an LPN program (took state boards today!)

I would rather go to a state school vs one of the private institutions.

Hopefully, you were accepted into the program and you'll have some insight to share!

No such luck. I have looked into other school which are no where near the Jax area.
