LPN Board Application

We are getting ready to send in our applications to be eligible to take the board exam once we graduate in December. There are instructions to write a letter if you have any infractions, and some details about when to write the letter, but I have a few circumstances that I am wondering if I need to write a letter for:

1. I have had a couple of parking tickets that I have paid, and one speeding ticket, which I also paid

2. I have an eviction and a bankruptcy on my record.

3. I went missing for a brief period of time through no fault of my own. I am not sure if this will show up or not and I am concerned about it.

If anyone has any advice as to whether or not I need to write a letter to explain all of this, I would greatly appreciate it!
