30 years of experience. more large aggressive men with dementia now a days. I've been hit, grabbed and had large items thrown at me. I've been injured several times just walking into a room or walking down the hall. state says if you are injured, it's your fault due to lack of knowledge and experience? I've been trained for dementia extensively, not for this. do I have a right to hold my facility liable if I get injured. there's a difference between dementia and psych.
